Civil Engineering Laboratories

1. Transportation Engineering Laboratory: We have well equipped civil engineering laboratories like Transportation Engineering Lab. The other civil engineering laboratories, especially the geotechnical and materials laboratories are available to support research investigations in transportation.

2. Surveying Laboratories: In this lab students are exposed to all types of surveying instrumentation, including optical transits and optical reading

3. Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory: The geotechnical engineering laboratory is equipped to perform all conventional soil mechanics tests. The laboratory has a variety of field research equipment, including a slope inclinometer, cross hole testing equipment, spectral analysis of surface waves capability, a cone penetrometer, and a truck- mounted drill rig. A large variety of dynamic soil testing equipment has been developed at this facility, some of which is in use throughout the world.

4. Structural Engineering Laboratory:The purpose of this lab is to practice the students with testing of full-scale structural models, complete with heavy duty loading floor, cranes, and access galleries below the floor. The laboratory has special provisions for the maintenance of constant temperature and humidity. It is equipped with extensive jacking, loading, and strain measuring apparatus.

5. Concrete Technology Laboratory: The Concrete Technology Lab performs activities related to the control and quality of concrete structures besides the technological analysis of concrete basic construction materials, from their origin. The Lab's field of action also includes soil mechanics and applied geology.
   The Lab's systematic work has ensured advanced safety, quality and economy parameters to one of the largest engineering projects in terms of concrete volume in the world, which would not have been possible solely via conventional tests of “workability” and “simple axial resistance” or traditional statistic controls

Advanced Electronics Laboratories

1. Analog Communication Systems Laboratory: In this lab students are exposed to the basic Analog communication techniques and systems.
   

2. Analog Electronics Laboratory: The purpose of this lab is to practice the students with the analog circuits and familiarize them with the functioning of all types of amplifiers and oscillators.

3. Digital Communication Laboratory: The purpose of this lab is to practice the students with the digital communication techniques and systems.
   

4. Digital Electronics Laboratory:In this lab Students design various hardware circuits like Arithmetic Circuits, Flip-flops, Counters etc. on bread board.

5. Digital Signal Processing using MAT Laboratory: In this lab the students learn to use the software and various tool boxes available with the MATLAB 7.1 version.

6. Electronics Devices and Circuits Laboratory: The lab familiarizes the students with the working of basic electronic devices like diode and transistor, their circuits, and LC filter design.

7. Linear Control Systems Laboratory: The purpose of this lab is to give students exposure of the linear control systems, how they can be used for error detection and to know about the pole zero location effect.

8. Linear Integrated Circuits Laboratory: This lab familiarizes the students with various circuits using Op-amp and 555 Timer.

9. Micro Controller Laboratory: This lab equips students for writing and testing programming and interfacing of 8051 microcontroller.

10. Microprocessors Laboratory: The purpose of this lab is to practice the students with the assembly language programs and interfacing techniques using hardware kits or 8085 and 8086 simulators.

Software Labs:

Along with the multi-faceted campus to go with, a Apple iMac Machines computer systems and strong network with LAN facilities adds a different dimension to the computer centre. With 4MB leased line internet connectivity.

Applied Physics Lab:

We have well equipped and spacious physics lab with a dark room having modern instruments to perform experiments on lasers, fiber optics and basic physics. Our well qualified teachers help the students to do their practicals with near perfection so that they excel in keen observation and right influence in profession.

Engineering Chemistry Lab:

A well equipped and ventilated chemistry lab with modern gas plant and distillation plant facility is available for imparting excellent engineering chemistry practical training to our students, and train them scientific observation and inference towards their goal. All the relevant chemicals, spectroscopic instruments and many chemical laboratory tools are available in the laboratory.

Basic Electrical and Electronics Lab:

A well equipped Basic Electrical and Electronics Lab (BEEE Lab) is available in the campus with all the modern machineries comprising of transformers, ac - dc machines (generators, motors), single phase and three phase Electrical panels and many more electrical and electronic instruments.
Highly qualified faculty having a good practical exposure of the modern tools and technologies is available in the college to impart excellent training to the students.

Communication Skills Lab:

This institute is having a highly sophisticated communication skills lab including all the audio visual aids, to enhance the innovation and creativity among the students.
